"Rebecca Has a Million Reasons to Smile!"

 

Dressed in a hat, grey fur-trimmed jacket and strappy high heels, the X Factor winner looked glamorous as she popped into a local estate agent. 

The 24-year-old single mum stopped by to pick up some sales leaflets about properties in the Allerton suburb of Liverpool. 

In an interview with Liverpool Echo, Rebecca said she wanted to find a 'nice house' for her and her two kids Lillie May, six, and Karl, four. 

On Twitter, she said: 'I can't wait for Christmas with the family. Then we've got the tour, so exciting!' 

Ferguson was accompanied on her trip out by her 21-year-old brother Sam. 

Rumours have been rife that X Factor guru Simon Cowell has offered her a record contract. 

Ferguson lost out to Matt Cardle in the X Factor final on Sunday. 

The pair will be going on tour along with One Direction, Cher Lloyd, Mary Byrne, Wagner, Katie Waissel, Paije Richardson and Aiden Grimshaw next year.
