  • Louis: Rebecca! What a transformation in one week. You are exactly what we're looking for. We're looking for somebody that's gonna have an amazing recording voice. You're so elegant, you're so shy and sophisticated...and you're from Liverpool. I love your choice of Nina Simone, but we're looking for someone to be a star.
  • Dannii: I would say that in a way that song was a risk. It could become cliche, it could be so overdone and too theatrical. But you made it so new, so fresh. I started to feel that if there were a new Bond film, that would be the soundtrack.
  • Simon: Rebecca, I absolutely love you. You've got it just right at the moment. Your timing is perfect. You're very cool, very current, your voice is just on the money. This is a big week for Liverpool...they may have just found themselves a new popstar.
  • Cheryl: I would buy your album tomorrow. You're just so comfortable and easy to listen to. As soon as I hear it, I know it's you. And you know what, you represent Liverpool and Liverpool women very very well.
Enjoy!!

Like most Single Parents around the World, Rebecca has to leave the home to earn a living for her children. However, with her dreams of pursuing a career in the entertainment business as a singer, her children will lead a very different life style than most. Especially, as her career flourishes. She will have to meet the demands of a hectic schedule leaving little time for family. However, its apparent she loves her children to death and she's willing to make the sacrifices for their future. The mark of a great Mother! Her she is giving her two special little angels a super big hug before she heads off to work. In her case, the rehearsal studio to prepare for a live television show and that's just how they roll in showbiz...

XFactor Live Show Week 1-'Teardrops'

"Big Evening Ahead"

Once again, the paparazzi caught Rebecca heading to the studio for rehearsals. She seems to be a bit of a loner? Always keeping to herself, which is a smart move. In fashion news, of course she looks like a living doll in this sweet lil' baby doll outfit. It's youthful, elegant, sophisticated and simple. Today is a big day for Rebecca and the performers who will be participating in the live shows. The show will begin around 7:15pm UK time. Personally, I wish I could be there in the audience, but since I'm in the States, I'll have to wait until it hits Youtube. Although, a friend sent a link, which I hope works. I wish Rebecca the best of luck on her first live performance. I know she'll do swell.

"Rebbecca on the Move"

Well it appears Rebecca is getting out and about these days since more pictures of her are poppin' up in the press. Here she is in leaving a rehearsal studio in London, England. Of course, Rebecca looks every bit the "Superstar." Clutch in hand and phone glued to her ear. Not only did I come across this photo along with a couple of others. I also found a website with a poll asking who's the best dressed of the girls thus far. Of course, it's no surprise our little "Style Icon" Rebecca won by a long shot. This only makes sense because Rebecca's a "Winner" in every sense. She's beautiful, talented, smart, reserved, classy and humble. The only other talent to be revealed is her dancing skills and I'm sure she has that in the bag too.

"Claudia Pink"

Miss Claudia Pink is the lovely designer responsible for Rebecca's amazing "horse ring." Many noticed it while watching the show, but once I posted the picture on Rebecca's Facebook page, girls left quite a few comments and was going simply bananas. Recently, through Facebook of course, I've been fortunate enough to link up with one of Rebecca's associates so I will have first hand information to report. I'm such a lucky girl to have this source to get juicy lil' tidbits to share with all of you. In fact, my source sent me the info on Claudia Pink, which I was so happy for. A couple folks posted comments on Rebecca's Facebook page as to where to buy it and although it appears several shops sell copies of the ring. I have first hand info telling me the ring was designed by Claudia and purchased at Claudia Pink. It appears CP makes many one of a kind pieces. So if you see the "horse ring" starting to pop-everywhere, the rings are more than likely copies. On the other hand, it will be great considering, Rebecca is on her way to becoming a trendsetter. From the photo, one can see Claudia Pink has inventory galore and a trip to the shop would be like going to a candy store. I for one, wish I was there to check out all her lovely goods. I will however, make my way to the UK soon and when I do, I'm heading over to Claudia Pink to personally check out all her lil' goodies. For all of you who can make a trip to her lovely shop, I suggest you do so. The Xmas season is soon approaching and I'm sure from the looks of the now famous "horse ring", Claudia Pink is the place to find super cool and unique gifts.

"Begin Couture" -Patricia Kelly

Many of us have been wondering where Rebecca purchased her "fantastic" wardrobe and whether or not she or a stylist dressed her? Therefore, I set out to find the designer(s) in question. Upon searching UK blogs and newspapers, I came across an Article on Patricia Kelly. Patricia, owner and designer for "Begin Couture", styled Rebecca for her recent performances. Hopefully, Miss Kelly will continue styling Rebecca for the finals because she obviously knows exactly what she's doing. Rebecca's a "class act" and a "timeless beauty." Hence, it doesn't surprise me Audrey Hepburn is one of Rebecca's style Icons. Audrey's style was "classic" much like Rebecca's Voice.

Enjoy!!!

"Fashion Icon In the Making"

Finding pictures of Rebecca is not an easy task. So of course, I was so happy to find this one posted on her Facebook Fan Page. Other contestants have many candid pictures posted on their social sites. Not that I want Rebecca to follow suite because truly with a voice like hers, who needs all the hype. However, she has an ever growing fan base whom would love to see more. Rebecca has such great taste, I predict she will become a fashion icon as well as an actress. Singing away as a torch singer in many major motions pictures. With talent like hers, the entertainment offers and opportunities will be endless. I'm a professional makeup artist and I would love to get my bag of tricks and create one of my masterpieces on this oh so beautiful girl.

"The X Factor's Final Three Girls 2010"

Well here they are ladies and gentlemen the final 3. Of course, its wonderful to see Rebecca with such a beautiful smile. Her appearance has changed a bit since she first gained the public's attention. However, she looks, cool, calm, relaxed and more importantly, she's looking straight in the cameras' eye. Lol!! Katie and Cher look very much like fashion models. Like 'em or not, they all look quite lovely. Looks like the finals are going to be exciting.

"The X Factor 2010 Girls Category Finalist"

Well here's our girl sitting proudly as one of the three finalist. Did anyone really think the movers and shakers of The X Factor was going let this brilliant talent fall through the cracks? Of course, not. They would have to be crazy to have done so. Now we can all kick back and let the show begin. Although, I must say, I do enjoy Katie and Cher as pop stars. However, Rebecca has the chops to stand along side the greats as a Jazz Vocalist. Her music will stand the test of time.

"Rebecca Sings Her Way to Cheryl's House"

Rebecca kicked it into high gear and sang her way to judge Cheryl Cole's house, by becoming one of the final 32 beating more than 200,000 applicants. The single Mother from Anfield made it through to the judge's houses after wowing judges “again” with her soulful voice during her Boot Camp audition. She oozed class when she sang Corinne Bailey Rae's 'Like A Star.'

The shy singer's fate now lies in the hands of Girls Aloud star, Cheryl Cole, who will pick her favorites from the remaining girls who will compete on the live telecast this weekend. Rebecca will join seven other girls in the next phase of the competition. The contestants in the girls category will be narrowed down to the three whom will take place on XFactor's live shows. Of course, the goal is to make it to the semi-finals and ultimately the finals to be crowned the 2010 XFactor winner. Only time will tell, but my guess is Rebecca, Cher, and Matt will be the acts to follow as one of them will be crowned the winner. I just hope my girl Rebecca grabs the crown.

The 24-year-old admits that she struggles with nerves and that her confidence in her singing career was knocked when she fell pregnant with her first child. Before her performance, she told the judges "she thought she deserved to stay in the competition because she had 'blossomed' in 'Bootcamp' and they agreed." Rebecca, who was training to be a legal secretary at Hugh Baird College in Bootle, is already being heralded as one of the favourite acts in the competion.

Go girl, go! We all know you can "DO IT!"
